River Park
Trinity Park Is a Classic Fort Worth River Park
Trinity Park is one of the easiest places to understand Fort Worth's river setting. The City of Fort Worth lists the park on University Drive, on the west bank of the Trinity River next to the Cultural District, dedicated all the way back in 1892.
It packs in a lot: shaded trails, large playgrounds, picnic pavilions, a duck pond, and a miniature train that loops the grounds. The Trinity Trails run right through it, so you can walk or ride for miles along the river from here. The museums of the Cultural District (the Kimbell, the Modern, the Amon Carter) are an easy walk away.
For people living near downtown, the Cultural District, or TCU, Trinity Park is daily outdoor space. Check Fort Worth's page for rules, rentals, and current access.
