Privacy Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026

Emma Rose Holdings LLC operates Texas Porch. Most visits need no account, name, address, or money record. This policy explains the small amount of data that may still reach us or the companies that help run the site.

Information that stays in your browser

Your calculator work stays in your browser. We do not get or save the values, prices, dates, fees, rates, or vehicle choices you enter. Site search works in your browser too. We do not get the words you type as a search record. Data leaves your device only when you choose a feature that sends it. The feedback form is one example. A future email form is another.

Technical and hosting information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It may handle your IP address, device details, the page you ask for, the date and time, the page that sent you here, and signs of harmful traffic. This is common web request data. It helps deliver pages, stop abuse, find errors, and keep the site safe. Cloudflare explains its work in its privacy policy.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we get the type of note, your message, the page title and address, and the time sent. We get your email only if you choose to add it. We use this data to check the issue, reply, improve the site, stop abuse, and keep a record of a fix.

The feedback tool briefly turns your IP address and browser type into a one-way key. The key helps limit spam. Your raw IP address, the key, and your browser type are not put in the feedback record we receive. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks browser and network signs to spot automated traffic. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy information.

Feedback may be kept in private Cloudflare storage. It may also reach us through Resend or another private work tool used by Emma Rose Holdings LLC. The route depends on the setup in use. Resend explains its work in its privacy policy.

Information we ask you not to send

Do not send Social Security, account, or card numbers. Do not send passwords, medical files, detailed money records, copies of ID, private legal messages, or other sensitive data. We do not need it to check a fix or answer a site question.

Analytics, cookies, advertising, and email

Texas Porch uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether those pages load well. Its reports may include total visits and page views, page paths, referring sites, broad country and device details, and page-speed measurements such as Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint individual readers, and does not log URL query strings. Calculator and tool entries, raw search words, feedback messages, and email addresses are not sent to this service. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics overview and FAQ.

Texas Porch also counts a small set of useful actions: opening a search result, getting no search result, using a calculator, following an official source, moving to a place or county page, and opening or sending feedback. These counts contain only the action name, the current page path, and a broad type such as place or guide. They do not include raw search words, calculator entries or results, feedback messages, email addresses, URL query strings, cookies, account IDs, or visitor identifiers. This signal does not run when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled in the browser.

Texas Porch has no ads, paid-link tracking, or active email list. The site does not make an account cookie. Turnstile may use a cookie or similar browser storage where feedback protection loads. We will update this policy before adding ads, paid-link tracking, an email list, or another kind of measurement beyond what is described here. We will also add any notice or choice the law calls for. A future email form will name its provider, ask only for the email needed to send messages, and include an unsubscribe link in each message.

When information is shared

We share data with companies that help host, protect, deliver, or run the site. We may also share it when you ask us to, when needed to check abuse or protect rights and safety, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for targeted ads. We also do not use it to make automated choices that affect a person's legal rights in a major way.

Retention

Short spam-limit records last only long enough to enforce the brief limit. Private feedback copies in Cloudflare storage are set to expire after one year. We keep email and support copies only as long as we need them. Reasons may include replying, recording a fix, protecting the site, following the law, or handling a dispute. Service providers may keep their own security logs under their policies.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can use the public site without giving us an email address. You may ask to see, fix, or delete personal data that we can find. You may also ask how we used it. Choose "Privacy request" in the feedback form. We may need more facts to confirm who you are and find the record. We may keep some data when needed for safety, the law, or a dispute.

Children

Texas Porch is for a general audience. It is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. A child under 13 should not use a feedback or email form. If you think a child sent us personal data, use the privacy request above. We will check and delete it when required.

Security

We use HTTPS, security headers, input checks, spam limits, and protected service keys. These steps fit the small amount of data the site handles. No online system is perfectly safe. Please do not send data the site does not need.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or its providers change. The date above shows the current version. Send privacy questions and requests through the feedback form. Do not use it for formal service of legal process.
