Jones Creek Ranch Park, at 7714 FM 359 in Richmond, is built for crowds. It can host groups from 25 up to 4,000 people across eight rentable facilities: a lodge, four pavilions, two bunkhouses, and Jones Hall. That's a different scale from a neighborhood playground.
