Food Establishments Need the Right Tarrant County Health Permit

That same application warns that a county health permit is not authorization to operate in a city jurisdiction. In plain English: the health permit is only one piece. The county also does not run the program in every city — places like Fort Worth and Arlington handle their own food inspections.
