Fort Bend Disabled Parking Placards Go Through the Tax Office

A disabled parking placard in Fort Bend County goes through the county tax office. The state form is VTR-214.

For a first placard, a doctor or other listed provider fills out the disability statement. Then the completed form goes to the county tax office with any fee. The same form covers temporary red placards, permanent blue placards, plates, lost placards, and some disabled-veteran plate requests.
