Wolf Pen Creek is a trail and event park

Wolf Pen Creek sits in the middle of College Station and does two jobs. Most days it is an everyday park. When the city hosts something big, the open-air amphitheater turns it into a concert and festival ground with lawn seating for about 7,000.

On a normal day, the park is quieter. It has a disc golf course, playground, restrooms, and creekside paths. For events, the city rents a Green Room with meeting space, dressing rooms, catering prep, and a balcony over the park.

That mix of greenway, concert lawn, and event space lets one creek corridor carry a lot of public life.
