The Hidalgo County Tax Assessor-Collector is at 2804 S. US Hwy. 281 in Edinburg. This office sends your tax bill and takes your payment. If you have a question about what you owe or need to pay, call this office and not the appraisal district. Calling the wrong office causes delays.
