Texhoma Park limits an RV stop to 24 hours
Texhoma Park allows one RV stay of up to 24 hours. Spaces go in arrival order, and the city does not take reservations. That makes the park an overnight stop rather than a base for a longer stay.
Electrical service, a dump station, and a water station are available. The published electrical description is unclear, so do not count on a particular plug or amperage without checking. The water station also should not be treated as a water hookup at each space.
Away from the RV area, the park has a picnic area, children's swings, a dog park, two fire-pit areas, and cornhole. The city directs travelers from US 287 to US 87 West, with the park turn before the railroad tracks.
The published page does not state the price clearly or give rig limits. Call Dumas Parks at 806-934-0837 to ask about current access, space, electrical compatibility, and room for a large vehicle. Since no space can be held ahead of time, keep a backup overnight stop in mind before arriving late with a long rig.
