Val Verde's value desk is on Cantu; payment is on Mill

A value, exemption, or protest question starts at the Val Verde County Appraisal District, 417 West Cantu Road in Del Rio. That office appraises the property rather than collecting the payment.

The Tax Assessor-Collector works from 309 Mill Street. That office collects for the county and the other units shown under its consolidated list, but it cannot change the appraised value behind a bill.
