Jim Wells County's active-unit roster includes several school districts, cities, emergency-service districts, and groundwater districts. It is a countywide list, not one bill that applies to every address.

Open the parcel's appraisal or tax record and read the units attached to it. At closing, use that exact list rather than adding the names shown for the whole county.
