Medina County Home & Property

Just west of Bexar County, Medina County sits next door to San Antonio. The county covers roughly 1,334 square miles.

Hondo is the county seat. It is about 40 miles west of downtown San Antonio on US 90. Other towns in the county include Devine, Castroville, Natalia, and La Coste.

The county's population was about 51,000 as of 2019. Its closeness to San Antonio draws buyers who want rural land but still need to commute into the city.
