Friona's city park puts festivals right on Main Street

Friona City Park sits at 700 Main Street, close enough to share the street with a parade. A gazebo and playground sit on the grounds, which can also be rented for private gatherings.

Maze Days and the Cheeseburger Festival have both used the park, while parades move down Main Street. Friona built its festival ground into the ordinary downtown grid.

At 600 West 15th Street, Reeve Lake RV Park adds another piece to the map. It has 20 gravel pull-through spaces with a view of the lake. Friona's two settings are compact and distinct: a festival lawn on Main Street and an overnight stop beside the water.
