A value, exemption, or protest question goes to Wilson County Appraisal District at 1611 Railroad St. in Floresville. WCAD appraises taxable property. It does not set tax rates or take the payment shown on the bill.

The Wilson County Tax Assessor-Collector sends bills and collects taxes for the units it serves. A payment problem belongs there. If the appraisal looks wrong, use WCAD's protest path instead. That simple split saves a trip to an office that cannot fix the issue.
