Your Waller County 9-1-1 Address Comes Before Any Permit

A raw rural tract may have a property ID before it has a street address. In Waller County's permit process, the 9-1-1 address comes before any county permit.

The request runs through MGO Connect under the Road and Bridge / 9-1-1 permit option. Use Option 1 for the address request and the R number, or Property ID, from WCAD. Option 2 is for the address sign.

Waller County does not issue addresses for Hempstead or Katy. For county-served land, sort this step first so the building, culvert, and septic permits are not waiting on it.
