Statewide, in three zones (North, Central, South).

15 per day (mourning, white-winged, and white-tipped combined), with no more than 2 white-tipped. Possession is 3x the daily limit (45).

Hunting license plus the Migratory Game Bird Endorsement and HIP certification.

Eurasian collared-doves and common pigeons (rock doves) have no season and no limit — they aren't native.
This season the South Zone opens Sept. 1 like the rest of the state; the old Special White-winged Dove Days are gone.
