Mansfield Park Carries Bandera County's Event Ground

Mansfield Park is made for public gathering. It has a rodeo arena, two grandstands that seat about 3,000 people, and cattle pens that hold about 300 head. That is not just a park; it is event ground.

The park also has the Blue Rec Hall, a front pavilion, an RV park pavilion, and an RV area with 38 spaces with water and electric hookups. Those pieces tell you what the county needs room for: rodeos, livestock events, reunions, dances, and visitors pulling in with trailers.

A county like Bandera can read too small if you count courthouse offices and river crossings. Mansfield Park shows the gathering side. It is dust, lights, coolers, family tables, and a public place for rural events that would not fit neatly in a small meeting room. That kind of ground matters in a county where livestock, visitors, and local families all need room to gather. It is county infrastructure with a very Bandera shape, and it explains the place better than another office-hours note would.
